Neighborhood
Forest Park is not simply the end of the Blue Line: if you want to go west, board the Forest Park-bound train. (The Harlem Blue Line stop along the Eisenhower Expressway is also in Forest Park.) Forest Park is directly west of the Loop and has much to offer. Madison Street , the main thoroughfare features everything from old-school restaurants to record stores and boutiques.

During my long-term stay, each day neighbors were quiet.
Private and free parking area.
Washer and dryer at lowest level—courtesy quarters and laundry pods were provided; thank you!
Mrs.Elizabeth went beyond measure with ensuring I was okay from the time I booked the service up until my last days there.
She is attentive and overall, I was at ease to be in her space and also around her when needed.
I’d think solo travelers would feel safe in the vicinity.
Thank you to Mrs.Elizabeth to the staffing team. It’s been a pleasure.
Will highly consider booking again.

Elizabeth is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and full of all the conveniences you'd normally have at home. I wanted for nothing while I was there for a couple weeks.
There are plenty of walkable restaurants and cafes nearby along with the green line train for heading into the city. Elizabeth was also incredibly helpful with the recommendations both nearby in walking distance and in the city.
Highly recommend staying with Elizabeth if you want a comfortable stay with convenient access to the city when you want it.

Stayed for a week while attending a class in the area. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The apartment is older and the furniture is dated, but everything worked well and was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable too. Elizabeth is delightful to chat with too and provided several recommendations on places to visit nearby.

Loved this place for my stay, is close to oak park so you can get a bite and groceries over there and take the train that goes straight to United Center and Downtown (green line). Elizabeth was very helpful and flexible with our check in/out hour and very attentive the whole trip. If I go back to Chicago I would definitely stay here again.

about 14 min walk from the L, but it does take a bit longer to get into the City city. I personally liked the train rides so i didn’t mind, but you’ll have to budget that travel time in. the backyard here is so pretty. Elizabeth leaves little hotel sized things of lotion and what not which is very convenient and she didn’t leave a super long list of check out things like other hosts do sometimes. I also left some belongings behind and she was kind enough to find/send them. id recommend for sure.

We stayed at Elizabeth's place for a little over a month and enjoyed our time. The unit was perfect for what we needed and very close to Oak Park where there are many restaurants and stores. we even found some nice biking trails very close by. the unit is located in a peaceful neighborhood and we felt save at all time. we will be back for sure.

Elizabeth is a very friendly and kind host, making sure her guest are comfortable during their stay. I stayed about a month. Whenever I had an issue Elizabeth would take care of it immediately. Nice & cozy Airbnb, in a very good neighborhood, and lots of activities to do in the area . I would recommend this Airbnb 100%

Elizabeth’s place was comfy and cozy. Everything was within reach. I had no issues at all. She accommodated me and made sure I felt right at home. She even extended my dates with no problem. It’s centered in a peaceful location and its steps away from the local restaurants. I would love to visit again.
